Maya Bash
Maya Bash studied Fashion Design at Shenkar College of Engineering (2000 - 2004), Couture Tailoring and Fash-Tech Business Incubator at Central Saint Martins and University of the Arts in London (2016 - 2017). Her own brand is internationally recognized and represented in stores in Berlin, London, Japan and the US. Bash created the costume designs for The most boring show in the world by Renana Raz, Kafka for Kids by Roee Rozen and Blue Zone by Galit Liss. She is one of Israel’s most renowned and innovative designers and has received several awards for her work. She has been part of various art and design exhibitions including Fashion Statement at the Israel Museum and collaborates with artists such as DJ Anna Haleta, Nadia Kucher and chef Mark Tov Korotkin. In recent years, Bash has been exploring questions about the future of fashion design and researching the adaption of artificial intelligence in the fashion industry together with the start up company Bladerunner.
