Rose Dalton
Born in Australia, Rose Dalton received her dance education at the Premier Dance Academy in Brisbane and at the Tanya Pearson Academy in Sydney. From 2017 to 2020 she completed her studies at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart.
While still a student, she occasionally performed with the Stuttgart Ballet. Most recently she danced as a guest with this company. From 2022 to 2023 she was an apprentice and afterwards a member of the Corps de ballet of the West Australian Ballet. There she danced works by George Balanchine, Aurelien Scannella & Sandy Delasalle, Wubkje Kuindersma, Adam Alzaim, Javier Torres, Alice Topp, Krzysztof Pastor, Natalie Weir, Septime Webre, Chihiro Nomura and Robert Bondara.
Her repertoire with the Stuttgart Ballet included John Crankoʼs Romeo and Juliet, Swan Lake and Initialen R.M.B.E., Marcia Haydéeʼs Sleeping Beauty, George Balanchineʼs Symphony in C, Kenneth MacMillanʼs Mayerling and Natalia Makarovaʼs La Bayadère. In the 2024/25 season Rose Dalton joined the corps de ballet of the Vienna State Ballet (maternity leave replacement).
